                  Help Shape the Future of Our Community
                  
                  In line with the Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) Guidelines, Council has developed draft versions of the following key planning documents, now ready for public exhibition ; Community Strategic Plan (10-Year Vision), Delivery Program (4-Year Roadmap), Operational Plan (1-Year Action Plan). Public feedback is open until 6th June 2025

                  Waste Transfer Station opening days over Easter
                  
                  The Hay Waste Transfer Station will be closed Good Friday but open on Easter Sunday as per normal.

Easter Saturday and Easter Monday are closed and it will be open again on Tuesday as per normal.

                  Council is inviting all residents to participate in community consultation sessions to provide valuable input for the development of its draft strategic plans.                   Hay Shire Council would like to advise all residents that the Truck Wash on Thelangerin Road will be introducing a new payment system upgrade during February/March 2025 to Avdata

                  'Non-collection Notice’ sticker
                  
                  Starting in January, occasionally residents may find a sticker on one of your kerbside bins. 

A ‘Non-collection Notice’ sticker means the collection truck driver was not able to empty your bin.
