Developer Contributions Plan
The Hay Shire Council Draft Developer Contributions Plan 2025 was endorsed by Council on the 27th May 2025, for the purpose of public exhibition in accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and Regulation 2021.
The draft plan is available for comments/submissions, and will be received by the General Manager, Hay Shire Council, 134 Lachlan Street, Hay up until 5.00pm 12th July 2025.
Showgrounds Master Plan
The Showgrounds Master Plan Version 2, dated May 2025, is currently on public exhibition.
