Council Meetings and Reports
Hay Shire Council meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month, commencing at 1.00pm (however this may change due to circumstances on rare occasions). Members of the public are welcome to attend the ordinary meetings of Council which are held in the Council Chambers, 134 Lachlan Street, Hay.
General Council business dealt with at Council meetings are open to the public, however, confidential matters are closed to the public.

“Due to the Local Government Elections the 2024 September Ordinary Meeting has been abandoned. Council meetings will resume as normal on 22nd October following the appointment of the new Council.”
