Tenders, Quotations, and Expressions of Interest


Council has changed the way it is managing its suppliers and contractors and is inviting businesses that are interested in supplying their services or goods to Hay Shire Council to register through the purchasing platform VendorPanel, all relevant information including; insurances, licences/tickets, and quoted rates, can be lodged through VendorPanel.

If your business has not received an invitation via email and wishes to be included on Council’s VendorPanel list  please contact Hay Shire Council on 02 6990 1100 or email tenders@hay.nsw.gov.au to receive the link.
