Council has changed the way it is managing its suppliers and contractors and is inviting businesses that are interested in supplying their services or goods to Hay Shire Council to register through the purchasing platform VendorPanel, all relevant information including; insurances, licences/tickets, and quoted rates, can be lodged through VendorPanel.

If your business has not received an invitation via email and wishes to be included on Council’s VendorPanel list please contact Hay Shire Council on 02 6990 1100 or email tenders@hay.nsw.gov.au to receive the link.

Small Business Drought Support

The drought has impacted small businesses and communities across NSW, with farming and non-farming businesses feeling the strain of unprecedented dry conditions.

The NSW Small Business Commission has developed a factsheet outlining support for non-farm based businesses, available here.

Farm-based businesses can find information on support specific to their needs on the NSW Drought Hub. Any business can contact the NSW Small Business Commission to discuss on 1300 795 534 or email we.assist@smallbusiness.nsw.gov.au.
