Tenders, Quotations, and Expressions of Interest

Council has changed the way it is managing its suppliers and contractors and is inviting businesses that are interested in supplying their services or goods to Hay Shire Council to register through the purchasing platform VendorPanel, all relevant information including; insurances, licences/tickets, and quoted rates, can be lodged through VendorPanel.

If your business has not received an invitation via email and wishes to be included on Council’s VendorPanel list please contact Hay Shire Council on 02 6990 1100 or email tenders@hay.nsw.gov.au to receive the link.

Proposed Sale of Road

In pursuance of the provisions of the Roads Act 1993, notice is hereby given that Hay Shire Council has received an application that proposes to close a section of Lang Street directly east and adjoining to 407 Lang Street being 14 meters by 25 meters.

Upon closure of the road, Council intends to sell the land to the adjoining owner.

Comments can be made until the 26th of August 2019 and should be addressed to the General Manager, PO Box 141, Hay NSW 2711 or email mail@hay.nsw.gov.au and quoting reference WEYL407.
