Tenders, Quotations, and Expressions of Interest

Council has changed the way it is managing its suppliers and contractors and is inviting businesses that are interested in supplying their services or goods to Hay Shire Council to register through the purchasing platform VendorPanel, all relevant information including; insurances, licences/tickets, and quoted rates, can be lodged through VendorPanel.

If your business has not received an invitation via email and wishes to be included on Council’s VendorPanel list please contact Hay Shire Council on 02 6990 1100 or email tenders@hay.nsw.gov.au to receive the link.

Made in Hay

Council has had very positive feedback from locals and visitors about the local goods and produce that is stocked at the Outback Info Centre.
Currently the Centre has ten local suppliers who get the opportunity to showcase their locally made gifts ranging from local produce, cards, bags and handicrafts. There is a Made in Hay logo available for anyone to use on their locally made products.
