Council has changed the way it is managing its suppliers and contractors and is inviting businesses that are interested in supplying their services or goods to Hay Shire Council to register through the purchasing platform VendorPanel, all relevant information including; insurances, licences/tickets, and quoted rates, can be lodged through VendorPanel.

If your business has not received an invitation via email and wishes to be included on Council’s VendorPanel list  please contact Hay Shire Council on 02 6990 1100 or email tenders@hay.nsw.gov.au to receive the link.

If you would like to be part of the wider VendorPanel Market Place, you can register at https://www.vendorpanel.com/marketplace or by contacting VendorPanel on support@vendorpanel.com or on 03 9095 6181.

Flood Impacted Primary Producer Meetings

While we recognise we are far from recovery mode, it is important that we hear from our primary producers to understand the very real impact the floods have had on your business.

Council has arranged for Resilience NSW and the National Recovery & Resilience Agency to attend face to face meetings with our primary producers. General Manager David Webb, Mayor Carol Oataway and Operations Manager, Greg Stewart will also be in attendance.

The meetings will be an opportunity for you to share the current impacts and future needs to support you as we look towards recovery.
The meetings will be as follows:

THURSDAY 24 NOVEMBER
🔹 BOOLIGAL, 10.00AM, Booligal Hall
🔹 MAUDE, 1.30PM, Madue Hall
🔹 HAY, 4.00PM, Council Chambers.

We understand many of you are still unable to access roads and are currently dealing with significant on-farm challenges but felt it important to start this process with face to face meetings.
