Lachlan Street Upgrade Draft Master Plan
Hay Shire Council has prepared the draft Lachlan Street Upgrade Masterplan which has been endorsed by Council for community consultation. This document includes a revised Witcombe Place layout following recent community feedback, Roundabout landscaping plans, as well as concept design for the proposed Splash Play adjacent to the John Houston Memorial Pool.
The Masterplan shows how all these areas tie in together along with the general beautification of Lachlan Street to improve overall street amenity and appeal, especially for visitors.
