Survey to start business reboot
Hay businesses have faced some significant challenges over recent months and years. Just as businesses were recovering from the drought, they were hit by COVID-19. We have weathered the storm, but we are all going to need some support to get back to our best.
Hay Shire Council is committed to helping our business community and has received funding to deliver a business support program tailored for the Hay Business Community. The Reboot Hay program aims to provide access to business information, education, and inspiration to advance Hay in partnership with local businesses.
To ensure the success of the program, the first step will be to survey local businesses to find out what they need and want to strengthen their businesses. Council has engaged independent consultants Projectura to deliver this survey, collate and analyse responses and present them to Council.
During May and June 2020, Council want to hear about current business confidence, and more importantly, what resources would have the most impact for the Hay community. All Hay businesses are encouraged to participate. To have your say visit www.reboothay.com.au
to complete the online survey. The survey will be open from 25 May to 19 June 2020.
If you would prefer to participate in a phone interview please call Kate McRae, from Projectura on 0407 076 123 before 1 June 2020 to schedule a suitable telephone interview time. Telephone interviews will be conducted between 1-19 June 2020.
Once Hay Shire Council have distilled your thoughts, ideas and priorities, the project team will begin programming Reboot Hay activities.
