Council has developed a River Masterplan Report and a John Houston Memorial Pool Masterplan.
The River Masterplan Report is an updated masterplan for enhancing access and usage of the Murrumbidgee River and surrounding areas. The plan primarily looks at how people can access the river more readily as well as improving the utilisation of this wonderful asset for Hay Shire.
The John Houston Memorial Pool Masterplan details the proposed upgrade to the swimming pool complex and tie into the Hay Water Activity Precinct currently being developed by Council.
The latest plans will be on display and Council staff and consultants will be in attendance to assist with any enquiries you may have. The Final Masterplans take into account submissions from the first and second round of community consultation.
