Hay Multi Service Outlet - (previously Home & Community Care Services - HACC) Volunteers assist in the provision of home and community care services for the elderly and those in need. This includes Meals on Wheels deliveries, community transport to medical appointments, shopping and social outings, and the provision of social support.
