In line with the Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) Guidelines, Council has developed draft versions of the following key planning documents, now ready for public exhibition from 5th May 2025:-
- Community Strategic Plan (10-Year Vision)
- Delivery Program (4-Year Roadmap)
- Operational Plan (1-Year Action Plan)
- Fees and Charges - Revenue Policy 2025-2026
These plans reflect extensive community engagement, input from Council and staff, review of existing strategies, and the needs and priorities identified by our residents.
