The Hay Community Trust was formed after the sale of a house that was won by the Community, Council and Outback Health Committee, the funds were placed in a trust to benefit the community into the future.
Each year the Hay Community Health Trust finds many worthwile projects aimed at improving health of the local community and this year there is $10,000 available to be distributed to worthy projects throughout Hay and the surrounding district.
The Hay Community Trust have given support in buying defibrillators for sporting and other organizations, electric beds for our frail aged citizens and lending a helping hand, when illness occurs, where other organizations can't.
The trustees of the Hay Community Health Trust are now inviting applications for assistance in health-related issues within the Hay and district communities. Applications will be accepted from individuals, groups or organizations that may need assistance in any health related issues.
Applications can be obtained from and returned to the Hay Shire Council office at 134 Lachlan, or from the link below.
Applications must be returned by 4.00pm, Friday 27th November 2020.
