Contracts Register

Introduction

Council has changed the way it is managing its suppliers and contractors and is inviting businesses that are interested in supplying their service

In accordance with the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act) and the Local Government Act 1993, Council maintains a Contracts Register. The register provides transparency by listing contracts valued at $150,000 or more (including GST) that Council has entered into for goods, services, or works.

Council updates the register regularly to ensure accurate and accessible information for the community.
