Draft Hay Park Master Plan

Council has endorsed the draft Hay Park Master Plan for public exhibition, marking an important step in planning the future of Hay's premier sporting and recreation precinct. The Master Plan has been developed by Council staff as part of a grant funding application and provides a long-term vision to guide future investment, upgrades and improvements to Hay Park.
The draft Plan has already undergone an internal review and initial consultation with Hay Park's sporting user groups to ensure it reflects the needs of clubs and the broader community. Council now invites residents and stakeholders to view the draft Master Plan during the public exhibition period and provide feedback to help shape the future development of this important community asset. Community comments and submissions will be accepted until Monday, 27 July 2026, and Council encourages everyone with an interest in Hay Park to have their say.
